VetMED Emergency & Specialty Veterinary Hospital

I cannot recommend VetMED enough! I am so happy we found an emergency clinic that we can trust that our doggies will receive the best care. The entire staff was so caring and took their time with explaining everything. Other emergency places can make you feel rushed in and out, with such a focus on only the costs. VetMED staff took their time to explain everything, answered all questions, and costs were transparent and discussed after the main concerns for our dog were addressed. Shout out to Crystal and Dr. Hough. So happy and thankful for this team. Despite us living an hour away, we will be back in the case of an emergency just because it is so worth it compared to other places!

They were polite, kind and calm despite dealing with several emergencies at once. The receptionist was honest about the wait time, and my dog was seen within the hour of our arrival. He is usually a little shy with strangers but eagerly went with the vet tech who took him inside to be treated. Thank you for helping us! What I appreciated most was the open and honest communication and dedication to helping my pet.

Our little dog Penny was so sick when we took her to the VetMED emergency room. She was immediately taken, and evaluated. Dr. Mazur was quick to diagnose her as having a serious blood disease. Penny was hospitalized under the care of Dr. Helgeson, for 1 week. The doctors and nurses saved Penny’s life! We were able to visit Penny every single day, and cuddle her. I called for updates several times a day, and the people I spoke to were so kind and helpful. We know that Penny had the best care possible, and now she’s home, on the road to recovery. We are so thankful for the wonderful, life-saving care VetMED provided.
