Jamie Balducci, DVM, DACVR (DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING & RADIOLOGY)
Dr. Jamie Balducci has joined Dr. Crooks in our Diagnostic Imaging service as our second board-certified radiologist at VetMED. With expanded ultrasound, CT, and MRI capabilities we continue to offer patients and clients the highest quality imaging in the Valley.
Dr. Balducci received her veterinary degree from Colorado State University and completed her residency in diagnostic imaging at Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. Her clinical interests include cross-sectional imaging and abdominal and cervical ultrasound.
She enjoys spending time with family, including her two dogs Teddy and Kynsi, baking, going to breweries, and traveling.
Lynn Maki, DVM, DACVS-SA (SURGERY)
Dr. Maki joins VetMED as our third board-certified veterinary surgeon. She received her veterinary degree from Michigan State University, completed a small animal rotating internship at the University of Florida, and an advanced emergency/critical care and surgery internship at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists. Following her internships, Dr. Maki completed a small animal surgery residency at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists.
Dr. Maki’s clinical interests include critical care medicine and soft tissue surgery. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with her Golden Retriever, Amelia, and country swing dancing.
Madison McDonald, DVM (24/7 ER & CRITICAL CARE)
Dr. McDonald joins the 24/7 ER & Critical Care team as our newest ER doctor. She received her veterinary degree from Ontario Veterinary College and completed an emergency and critical care mentorship at Colorado Animal Specialty and Emergency in Boulder, CO.
