Client Service Representative

  • 1-2 years Customer Service Experience
  • Open Availability Required on Emergency

Emergency Triage Technician – Full Time, Part Time and Relief – All Shifts Available

  • 1-2 years Veterinary Technician Experience
  • Open Availability Required on Emergency – (3) 12-hour shifts

Overnight ER Triage/ICU Technicians

  • 2 years of practical ER/ICU Veterinary Technician Experience
  • Open Availability Required in our ER Service – (3) 12-hour shifts

Technician Trainer

  • CVT required
  • 2-3 years of Specialty/Emergency Veterinary Experience
  • Create a formal training program for new hires
  • Create a formal training program for current staff
  • Support and develop trainers
  • Open availability required
  • Will work on a Team Part Time

Clinic Shift Leader

  • If currently working at VETMED, you have lead by example and exhibited leadership skills
  • Manage staffing needs of each shift and the week based on DVM case load
  • Manage clinic teamwork and interdependence
  • Work in collaboration with the Hospital Director to manage attendance, personnel development and daily staff needs
  • Work in collaboration and support to the DVMs managing their team
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills required
  • Ability to stay positive in a high stress environment
  • Ability to provide feedback and constructive evaluation of team members
  • 2 years of veterinary technician and customer service experience
  • Open availability for nights, weekends and holidays as needed
